Q:Can you give me some references from existing landlords?

A: Most definitely.  We can provide you with a number of written client testimonials.

Q: Will I have a single point of contact at your office?

A: Your main point of contact will be James Willard who is our Head Property Manager.

Q: How much experience does your Property Manager have?

A: James is  a Licensed Real Estate agent with over 5 years experience in Property Management.

Q:How do you determine what my property is worth in terms of rental return?

A: Various factors are taken into consideration including the location, condition, property type and current market conditions.

Q: How often is the rental return reassessed?

A: The rental return is assessed every 6 months during our property condition inspections.

Q: How will you advertise my property?

A: Your property is uploaded with professional copy and photographs to various property websites.

Q: What process do you follow to screen a tenant?

A: Tenants are required to complete a stringent Tenancy Application form with various rental and employment reference contacts as well as supplying copies of bank statements, pay slips, identification etc

Q. How often will you communicate with me and how will this be done?

A: You will receive written communication from us at least 2 times per month and verbally at least every 3 months.

Q: What accounting practices do you follow and how often are funds remitted?

A: Strict trust account guidelines are followed and remittance is usually once a month but can be tailored to suit your requirements.

Q: Do you only work with licensed and insured contractors?

A: Yes, all of our contractors are fully licensed and insured.
